RESPONSIBLE PLAY POLICY

At FanDuel we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our players.

For us, responsible play is all about being sensible and following some simple rules.

Decide how much you can afford to play with and stick to it.

STAY IN CONTROL

For most people online fantasy football is something they enjoy and have fun doing. The best way to do that is by making sure that you control your play

Here are a few of the things you can do to help you stay in control.

  • Make sure you’re aware of the potential risk of problem play before you start
  • Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to help you manage how much you spend
  • If you feel that you’re playing more than you anticipated, take a Time-Out (see below on how to do this)
  • If you want advice or need to talk to someone, contact the National Gambling Helpline on  0808 8020 133 or visit http://www.gambleaware.co.uk/
  • If you’re around young/underage people use tools to protect them from accessing gaming and fantasy sites

DEPOSIT LIMIT

You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your Account, when you first deposit or any time thereafter by visiting the My Account area.

Once set you can reduce your deposit limit at any time, by going back to the My Account area and entering a lower amount. This will be applied immediately.

You can also increase your set deposit limit at any time by following the same process.

Any request to increase an existing limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling off period.

TIME-OUT & SELF-EXCLUSION

If you feel you need a break from playing you can simply apply a Time-Out or a Self-Exclusion to your Account.

During this time you will not be able to log-in or access your Account. If you attempt to avoid the exclusion by registering a new Account, any new Account we identify to be linked, or associated to you, will be suspended and any contest entries may be made void.

You can apply an exclusion at any time to your Account by going to the My Account section or if you prefer by contacting us at uksupport@FanDuel.com.

SELF-EXCLUSION

You may apply a Self- Exclusion to your Account for any period from 6 months onwards.

If you choose to self-exclude we will apply a permanent closure to your Account and refund any balance on your Account back to your registered payment method. We will also remove you from our marketing lists.

We would recommend that you contact any other daily fantasy sites and gaming or gambling sites you play with and request an exclusion from those too.

To stop you accessing these types of sites you can also install special software on your computer.

If you decide that you would like to come back to FanDuel and play again at the end of your exclusion period you should contact us in writing at uksupport@FanDuel.com.

Upon receipt of your request we will contact you to arrange a telephone call with you.

Any request to return to play will be subject to a 24-hour cooling period and review of your Account.

TIME-OUT

You may apply a shorter Time-Out exclusion to your Account for a period between 1 to 6 weeks. At the end of the exclusion period your Account will be reactivated and you will be able to log-in and play again.
