Timeouts and Self-Exclusion

TIME-OUT & SELF-EXCLUSION

If you feel you need a break from playing you can simply apply a Time-Out or a Self-Exclusion to your Account.

During this time you will not be able to log-in or access your Account. If you attempt to avoid the exclusion by registering a new Account, any new Account we identify to be linked, or associated to you, will be suspended and any contest entries may be made void.

You can apply an exclusion at any time by contacting us at uksupport@FanDuel.com.

 

Time-Out

If you feel like you need a short break from playing you can request a Time-Out.

During this time you will not be able to log-in, or access your Account. If you attempt to circumvent our systems by registering a new Account, any new Account we identify to be linked, or associated to you, will be suspended and all bets made void.

You may request a Time Out for one of the following periods: 1 week, 3 weeks or 5 weeks

To request a Time Out contact us at uksupport@FanDuel.com confirming your username, your first and last name and how long you would like the Time Out to be for. We will apply the Time Out as soon as reasonably practical after receiving your request.

At the end of the exclusion period your Account will be reactivated and you will be able to log-in and play again.

 

Self-Exclusion

If you feel like you need a longer break from playing you can request a Self-Exclusion.

During this time you will not be able to log-in, or access your Account. If you attempt to circumvent our systems by registering a new Account, any new Account we identify to be linked, or associated to you, will be suspended and all bets made void. We will also remove you from our marketing lists and return any funds left on your account to the payment method we hold for you.

You may request a Self-Exclusion for one of the following periods: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years

To request a Self-Exclusion contact us at uksupport@FanDuel.com confirming your username, your first and last name and how long you would like the Self-Exclusion to be for. We will apply the Self-Exclusion to your accounts as soon as reasonably practical after receiving your request.

We would also recommend that you contact any other daily fantasy sites you play with and request an exclusion from those too.

If you decide that you would like to come back and play again at the end of your exclusion period you should in the first instance contact us in writing with your request. Upon receipt of your request we will contact you to arrange a telephone call to discussion the matter. Any request to return to play gambling will be subject to a 24-hour cooling period and full review of your account.
